Royals Announce New Slogan?
This has to be fake. No one in their right mind would have a slogan like this. Not even the lowly Royals, but according to The Royals Review, the Kansas City Royals have announced their 2013 slogan. The 2013 slogan for our Kansas City Royals is “This year, we’re trying to win.”

Tightwad Glass Screws KC Again
According to Bob Dutton from the KC Star the Royals salary will be $70 million on the entire roster including the Latino and rookie roster too. If this is true that means Glass will only spend $57 million on the 25 man roster. Royals 25 man roster already stands at $65 million. This might explain why they might be looking to trade Billy Butler so they can shave some payroll. Just to give you an idea of where Royals stand if with $57 million dollar roster, look at the Cardinals, Brewers, and Reds which are comparable cities and they all have close or above $100 million dollar salaries. Glass is so fucking cheap I heard he boners his own face and swallows to save money on tissue cleanup.

Melky Cabrera Suspended 50 Games for Testosterone Use
Melky Cabrera, All-Star MVP, and egg on the face of Royals GM Dayton Moore was suspended by the Players Association for 50 Games for testing positive for testosterone. Maybe he listened to the commercials on 810 that run 100 times a day and thought “I’m feeling weaker, depressed, not full of energy. I could be one of 13 Million Men who suffer from low testosterone.”
This explains about Melky and his rise from nobody to All-Star. It also allows the Royals to gain back a little credibility for letting Melky walk and keeping Jeff Frenchy Francour and his Reign of Terror on the Win Column. Yet, we received Sanchez in return so you’re not off the hook Royals!
