Not only did Peyton look great, but Brock Osweiler looked incredible. He is 6′ 8″ with an absolute cannon for an arm. The knock on him has been that he only played one year at college, but with Peyton at the helm he will have several years to learn under the Master. Oh and by the way, there were another 5,000 people at practice, which does not seem like much except that they had a practice at Mile HIgh Invesco Sports Authority on Saturday with 41,000 fans in attendance. The Bronco machine is well oiled. How was practice in St Joe? What a shit hole place to have to sweat your balls off in 115 degree heat preparing for another disappointing year.

You sure are writing some checks that your team may not be able to cash. Remember, Peyton has to get on the field to display his (former) greatness. Will the Broncos’ D stop Charles & Hillis enough to get old balls onto the field?
As far as Osweiler, there’s a name for those kind of guys with the “cannon” arms on the practice field. They’re called driving range pros.
There is also a name for QB’s with no arm at all and it is called Cassel! Trust me, by the time Hillis and Charles get on the field you will be so far down you won’t have the option to run the ball.

Cassel is not an elite quarterback, but he will be a solid NFL QB in 2012.
