The KU fan base has been in the dumper ever since basketball season ended and America turned its focus to football. Well some totally awesome KU basketball news has finally arrived making the Kansas basketball fans go from six to midnight.
I don’t think this writer follows much of the sport. As a KU fan, I think Self gets a pretty good amount of praise from the people that actually know basketball. You won’t find a single analyst that thinks Jim Boeheim is a better coach than Self, or thinks Calipari “develops” NBA-ready prospects rather than recruits/signs the best NBA-ready prospects and gets them to play as a team. Kind of a skewed article, but it’s pretty cool.
