John Clayton has made his predictions for the AFC West and he is not very high on the Chiefs. He must not believe Cassel has the goods to do well in this division.
This is the best team Chiefs have assembled since the 2003 and the 2005 season. 2003 Chiefs went 13-3 and finished 2nd in the AFC. 2005 Chiefs went 10-6 and barely missed the playoffs. Those teams were great on offense with an incredible offensive line and ok-bad on defense.
This 2012 Chiefs team is just as loaded as those teams minus the incredible offensive line. But this Chiefs defense is much better then those defenses so I find it difficult to believe that if Chiefs stay healthy they can’t match the records of those teams.

Peyton Manning will not be the same player he was with the Colts. He had the advantage of playing inside a dome under perfect conditions.
The Chiefs will win the West by 2+ games and Manning will end up injured by years end. And when that happens the hippy-tree-hugging-pot smoking Donkey dicks will be crying in their 8 balls.
Ha. I was in KC when the entire Manning saga was going down and I have never seen so many people walking around the city with hardons thinking that the Chefs were getting him. Now that reality has sat in, here comes the “he won’t be the same, he will be injured…blah blah blah” Put your Cassel jersey on and go eat some ribs.
I understand that Denver is in trade talks with the Viking for Percy Harvin. If that happens, the spread in the league will get much bigger.
Im sure that mile high potfarting air will be real good for Percys migraine baskethead
I kind of liked Sean Salsbury’s comparison of Clayton to the crypt keeper.
