Chiefs Fans Love Chinstrap Beards
KU-Chiefs fans shit their pants yesterday when their worst nightmare came true. Chiefs signed their backup QB, Chase Daniel. Chase Daniel is the Mizzou QB who beat the piss out of the #1 Jayhawks in the country at Camerohead for the Armageddon game. KU-Chiefs fans will hate having to route for Chase if he ever gets into a Chiefs game.
The Chiefs also yesterday signed DE DeVito and TE Fasano. The Chiefs have a speedy WR Donnie Avery coming to KC today. If they sign Avery that will leave holes in the LB and CB positions. Pretty much all other holes have been filled for this Chiefs team. The best part about all their signings is its dudes in their mid-late 20s, productive players in their positions, and they are mid range priced players. On paper this seems to be a good philosophy that could help the Chiefs right away next year and the next few years.

What’s the dealeo with Cassel? Winston, Boss, Hillis, and Quinn are all gone.com and Tyson’s contract has been restructured. Is Cassel working with the Chiefs to restructure his contract so he can be the backup? If not, Cassel should be gone any day now, maybe this weekend. Hurry the fuck up Chiefs! We want to find out if yall will be shopping for free agent quarterbacks.

According to Brandon Albert’s tweets the KC Chiefs fans will be disappointed today if you know what he means??? I take it Dwayne Bowe will get the franchise tag and Albert will be released. Sucks Chiefs can’t get a deal done with either dude. I’d bet neither one of these guys will make more money in free agency then what the Chiefs are offering. Pioli tried to pay Bowe as a top 10 WR, but Bowe’s agent says he needs to be paid as a top 5 WR. If neither one of these guys want to meet the Chiefs front office in the middle to make a deal then screw them. If their agents can’t get it done with 2 different Chiefs front offices then its the player/agents problem not the Chiefs problem. Good riddance to whoever doesn’t get tagged even though I’d like to see both of them in CHIEFS RED.

KU Fans Are So Embarrassed
Jayhawk fans are so embarrassed and disgusted they have started a White House petition to remove them from the university! Obviously majority of the KU fan base doesn’t appreciate the early 90s Chiefs zubaz generation. I think the Jayhawks fans need to take a break from the wine, birkenstocks, cheese, white-wash jeans, and smelling their own farts to enjoy the more simpler things in life like beer helmets, neon colors, air, mustaches, and zubaz uniforms.

Reid and Dorsey Honeymoon Is Over
Alex Smith will be a Chief! But the price was a high one. Reports coming out are the Chiefs are giving up the second round draft pick plus another pick next year to the 49ers. This is going to upset a lot of fans because most folks (me included) thought a 3rd or 4th was doable for Smith. This means Reid and Dorsey believe Smith is their man until they find a new QB to draft and to develop underneath Smith. The Chiefs should consider restructuring Cassel’s contract to have a solid backup and then go get the 3rd stringer in the draft. Either way this is the first major move by this regime and now the fans will stick their flag in the ground of whether they think it was a good or bad move. What camp is everyone in? Was this good or bad?
Chiefs QB Action
Well the QB rumors are heating about around the NFL combine. Over the weekend rumors came out that Chiefs will cut Matt Cassel and that Nick Fowles from the Eagles is no longer a trade possibility. The latest rumor is Alex Smith will be traded to the Chiefs for a 4th round pick. That is very doable, anything lower then a 4th round pick isn’t worth it. Smith isn’t good enough to warrant a great draft pick. I guess 49ers have leaked this deal to the media in hopes of another team offering more for Smith. As of right now it seems like a good trade for Chiefs. Now go find 1 more QB in free agency if Cassel is gone and draft a QB and Chiefs are set.

Barkley one of the top QBs in this year’s draft and would have probably been drafted in the 1st round last year, if he did not come back to that cum filled USC program and that bitch of a coach Lane Kiffin. Instead Barkley will only run and jump in his panties…are you kidding me.
Percy’s Trade Party
Well word broke yesterday that Minnesota Vikings are shopping Percy Harvin for a second round maybe a third round draft pick. The Kansas City Chiefs have to sign Bowe, they have Baldwin, McCluster and other wide receivers that have only showed flashes of goodness. If you can keep Percy from being a cancer in the locker room which I think Reid can then Percy would be a huge upgrade. If Reid likes Percy and Dorsey can cut a deal then go for it. What does everyone else think?
