Chiefs drafted defensive end Jerome Long from San Diego State and Junior Hemingway wide receiver from Michigan. Long will be a project and Hemingway looks to be a good backup. Hope both guys give their all on special teams.
Chiefs with their 6th round pick drafted Cyrus Gray running back from Texas A&M. Looks to be great value for Chiefs and should be a good backup. I don’t see how Gray dropped to the 6th round. Whats the downside to Cyrus? He just made my Chiefs meter go from 6 to midnight!
Hope this is the next Kendrick Lewis. Chiefs with their 5th round pick take Alabama safety DeQuan Menzie. We got a good backup safety for Berry and Lewis. My Chiefs boner is definitely hitting midnight right now.
